My name is Trent Palmer and you're here because you want to know a little more about the guy behind the camera.

I'm a 23-year-old college student working as a photographer and videographer for my university's marketing and communications department. My job is to capture images that exemplify the distinguishing qualities of the university.

I began a serious pursuit of photography years ago after realizing how much I enjoyed the challenges and rewards that come with the creation of powerful images.

I also love the communal spirit that surrounds the sharing of those images with others. No eyes see the same photo the same way, and no matter what you had in mind when you made the image, the viewer brings their own history with them and it speaks to them in a completely different way.
