I'm a mom to two boys and we are unschoolers which means we live life to the fullest and gain our education through our adventures. No school books here!

In July '07 my husband came home and surprised me with an XTi and it has been one of the most beautiful gifts he has ever given me. My passion for photography came as such a shock to me and it continues to grow by leaps and bounds. I sold my XTi and upgraded to a 5D which I loooved more than I thought I would!

Now, I have moved on to a new brand and have a Nikon D700 along with a couple of fun lenses; the Nikon 50mm1.4 D, the Nikon 85mm 1.4 D, 60mm 2.8 macro, and the Nikon 24mm 2.8 D.

Photography is more fun than I ever imagined it could be and every day I'm amazed at the incredible quality I see here at flickr. So many others here inspire me to improve and I can only hope one day to do the same for someone else.
