knowing is half the battle. the other half is headshots.

 

i'm a graduate of the culinary institute of america, but i definitely have a lot more to learn-- after all, the adventure's just beginning and there's no real destination... i want to learn and do it all.

 

things i love include bite size pastries (i.e. petits fours), decorating cakes, repetitive tasks, quenelles of ice cream/sorbet, rustic baking, and laminated doughs.
