I have a B.A. in history from Simon Fraser University class of 1986.
I am currently researching and writing articles about the history of drinking establishments of Greater Victoria.
I've had two articles published in The Victoria News Group And have four more articles for possible public consumption, with the ultimate goal of publishing my first non-fiction history book: Aqua Vitae, An Illustrated History of the Hotel-Bars and Saloons of Victoria, 1851-1917.
My passion for history is not limited to the Hotel Industry but covers many aspects of social and political history.
I joined Flickr in March 2007 and began Victoria, BC: Surviving the Building Boom A photographic record of the changes taking place in the urban landscape of Greater Victoria.
Thank-you for reading this far.
Cheers!
