I've been meaning to join Flickr for a long time. I am juiced up on photo taking again after being serious in the late 70's thru mid 80's. Took a few years off to do the "point and shoot" thing raising 3 boys. Just ordered my first DSLR and am trying to organize and upload some of my stuff before the big megapixels start hogging the show ...

We have a place near Westcliffe, Colorado at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Range and have even taken shots out the window from my easy chair from time to time ... it seems taking good pics around there really is that easy sometimes.
