WESST is 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing women, minorities and other aspiring entrepreneurs with the training and capital to be successful in small business.

WESST's mission is to nurture New Mexico's startup and existing small businesses by providing low-interest loans and comprehensive business training at no cost and below-market rates. WESST offers its business assistance programs through six regional offices located in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Las Cruces, Farmington, and Roswell.
