Karen is one of the best photographers I know. I never suspected it when I first knew her, but she has this ability to quietly make herself invisible when she wants to so that she can get pictures that other people never could. She is also really quick to spot a good photo where others would just walk on by. The most frustrating thing about her is that you'll be somewhere with her and then look at her photos and see something really beautiful that you simply didn't notice when you were there. Sheer class.
