Step 3

 

After completing this information our Members can finalize their orders.

 

Immediately after orders are placed our Members receive a Confirmation Email Order Summary (CEOS). Business Owners are simultaneously contacted (email/text) for fulfillment.

 

If our Members Orders are not able to be fulfilled within 2 hours of delivery preference by the business which the member originally placed their order with, Members orders are made available to other Business Owners or escalated to our Rapid Response Team.

 

Step 4

 

Once you as the Business Owner receive our Members pre-order, simply press “accept” or “deny” on the order processing page after carefully reviewing the applicants details. Once approved, the Member will be notified.

 

After our Members order has been accepted & marked as processing, you as the Business Owner should either be waiting on our Member to come pick up their items or have our Member's items on the way for delivery.

 

Step 5

Delivery Agreement RMM presented for signature by bodycam wearing couriers to our Member's, Identification is Verified.

 

Step 6

 

Once our Members order has been completed, courier updates system it had been delivered. Business Owner is notified. The order is marked COMPLETE on the system.

 

You can either archive the order for record keeping or delete immediately.
