Hi there...I've enjoyed being part of Flickr since May 2010. Photography has been a passion on and off since I was 14yrs old!

Life being life I haven't been able to give it solid attention to move me on from a keen amateur!! I've gone from one camera to the next...I used to use an Olympus OM10 LSR...any one remember them hehe??

I was using a Fujifilm S2750HD for a long while...a great wee bridge camera, I've now upgraded to a Fujifilm finepix S8200 - a cracking bridge camera which I'm thoroughly enjoying using, the quality is superb! I also use my dlsr - Nikon D300.

I live in a gorgeous part of W. Scotland, where the scope for great captures are endless...I'm a Registered Nurse presently working full time hours in the community so the camera accompanies me on my many travels around beautiful west coast Scotland!

I also enjoy oil painting and it's my photographs I usually take my subject matter from.

I prefer to capture scenic shots but anything that catches my eye I'll shoot it!....this includes my lovely wee Collie Cora....she's quite the poser now!!
