I Have had to disabled downloading my pictures as some people are stealing my pictures and using them for advertising and all sorts of stuff without my permission, they are not even tagging them back to me and no mention of who took the shots..

I followed weasteman's 365 with great interest..His ideas are absolutely fantastic, bordering on genius. The end of his journey came with a touch of sadness that will be experienced by a lot of people...I urge him to tackle another project because he was meant to do this type of thing...He is known personally to me an… Read more

The end of his journey came with a touch of sadness that will be experienced by a lot of people...I urge him to tackle another project because he was meant to do this type of thing...He is known personally to me and I know him as a big hearted down to earth bloke, however, even I never knew he was this talented...Anybody getting the chance to go through his 365 project then do so..You will be inspired..Well done big fella...

I've never actually met 'weasteman', though we've had a couple of near misses in the past, (St Michaels car boot being one), though thanks to the power of Flickr I feel I've got to know him a little. I've never actually met 'weasteman', though we've had a couple of near misses in the past, (St Michaels car boot being one), though thanks to the power of Flickr I feel I've got to know him a little. Undertaking a "365" is a daunting task for many, yet 'weasteman' not only took up the challenge, he re-wrote the book on how to approach it. Sometimes sad, sometimes serious yet 'weasteman's' sense of humour and fun were never far away, I have literally been in tears at some of his antics over the last twelve months. His technical ability, dedication and fertile mind have surely created one of the greatest "365's" in the history of Flickr, if he ever retires from the Royal Mail he would make a great digital imaging tutor. 'Weasteman', you're one of the good guys, and may I wish you every success in the future. Paul.

Unaccustomed to public speaking as I am, now the mighty Weasteman has reached 365 shots its time I wrote something to say thanks. Unaccustomed to public speaking as I am, now the mighty Weasteman has reached 365 shots its time I wrote something to say thanks. As soon as I stumbled upon this project it was absolutely unmissible each day. I do a 365, not with me in it, so in some ways the soft option. Dave's imagination cannot be faulted and in his execution, he never looks to let a bit of pain or putting himself out, painting himself up etc to be a barrier to his art. Weasteman is a shining example that the best pictures are in our own back yard if we are bothered to look there. He is an inspiration to me and should be for us all!

Weasteman. Best summed up by one line out of the movie Goodfellas - "Hey, you're a funny guy"

I am so completely blessed that I was along for the incredible artistic journey. I'm astounded at the variety of shots he came up with, and the extreme talent it took to execute each one. Weastie I look forward to getting to "know" you and your delightful family in the years to come. Rock on friend! Oh and give Jack a great big hug from US ...

365 is no easy challenge that I’ld be pushed to meet on a daily basis. I came across Weasteman’s photostream late, through Manchester UK Flickr Group and his was an instant smile generator, shared with friends and colleagues. This gave me a glimpse into a more intimate portrait that you perhaps realise, Weastey: the portrait of a good family man, reliable friend, dependable worker, a Salford-rooted man, keen gardener, patriotic but embracing all cultures and a very, very witty man. But above everything, you shined as a talented photographer! You also took the time to acknowledge and thank everyone who commented and don’t think this went unnoticed or unappreciated.
