As an integral part of the communities of Southwestern Nova Scotia, the library is an essential public service. It will provide effective information service that is respectful, innovative, and accessible to everyone. The Library encompasses the traditions of public libraries while embracing the changing technologies of our world. The library has ten (10) branches located in Westport, Digby, Weymouth and Meteghan, Digby County; Yarmouth and Pubnico, Yarmouth County; and Barrington, Clark's Harbour, Shelburne and Lockeport, Shelburne County, Nova Scotia, Canada.
