I started taking photographs as an adjunct to my watercolor painting, needing copyright-free photographs. I have taken thousands of photos and, at this point, find that part of the process as much fun as turning the reference photos into finished paintings My husband and I travel often in our motorhome and I have many opportunities to take photos wherever we find ourselves stopping.
