The design of a sail begins with a correct and accurate measurement of the vessel, an essential condition for the perfect success of the product. This operation is carried out directly by our staff. The service also provides analysis of the deck equipment and everything that concerns the full rigging. We use SailPak software by BSG to allow us to monitor all the design parameters in real time, ensuring the perfect match between the virtual project shape and that of the actual sail.

The material is cut using a computerized CAD/CAM table, connected to a network, which follows the planar development of the project sail project with absolute precision.

The panels are then assembled and sewn in the production department, a 400 m2 flat surface equipped with eleven sewing machines of various types and sizes. Gluing is carried out using hot glue spray guns and ultrasound.

Our loft provide a complete after-sales service covering the control and maintenance of sails and deck equipment. We guarantee our products for 2 years, and the price includes the first wash and free checking of the sail for the first 2 years after purchase.
