Wasps Artists' Studios primary purpose is to support the careers of Scotland's visual artists and crafts makers by providing affordable, accessible, good quality studio spaces.

From modest beginnings in 1977, Wasps has grown to become one of the UK's leading studio providers with a national network of 17 studio buildings, supporting hundreds of artists in urban rural and island locations across Scotland.

Through our national network, we hope to improve the working conditions and economic status of visual artists, and to help ensure that Scotland continues to be a centre of excellence in the visual arts and a good location to base a career as a practising artist.
