Hello & welcome to Rail Photography by Roger Cutts.

Included are a wide selection of images which I have taken in recent times. There are images prior to this duration which will be processed as & when time permits in the future.

Living in Bewdley, Worcestershire provides the opportunity to photograph many NR & Preservation lines & as you would expect many of the images are centred around the West Midlands & its adjoining counties. There may be the odd occasion when non - railway images are included which I feel may be of interest.

I am not one of those photographers who travel the 'length & breadth' of the country for the 'exclusive' shot - I simply haven't the time, financial resources nor will my health allow.

Should there be any images which appear to be on the 'wrong side of the fence ' these have been taken with permission of the landowner or site management to whom I express my thanks.

I would also like to place on record my gratitude to:-

- my long-standing friend Richard who has consistently (& patiently) provided me with 'required' information over many decades

- all who have posted 'Gen' to the various Mailing Lists

- those fellow photographers I have met line-side, shared much banter & hilarity; whom have willingly given me advice - they know who they are.

These factors have made it possible for me to obtain such images & enhanced my hobby - my thanks to you all.

It would be inappropriate not to mention my wife (Angela) & family who have supported & encouraged me throughout, as well as being very understanding & tolerant, when I have needed to make a 'untimely exit' on occasions for a 'much-required' photograph.

In conclusion, thank you for viewing my website & I hope that you enjoy my work as much as I have in making it possible to share these images with you.
