I am a 26 year resident of Orange County. My wife and I have lived in Irvine (University Park and College Park) and North Tustin (Cowan Heights) for all of those years. Our two children have been through both the Irvine and Tustin Unified School System and we are altogether familiar with all they have to offer. I have owned and operated Restaurants and Car Washes in Irvine and Newport Beach, all of which I sold in 1998.

In late 1998 I started my career in commercial real estate by representing both buyers and sellers in the purchasing and selling of carwashes throughout Southern California. By 2004, my company was recognized as the premier carwash brokerage in Southern California with over $80 Million in completed sales. In the majority of my consummated deals, I represented both the Buyer and the Seller (Dual Agency) which afforded me incredible negotiating experience. It also provided me with a tremendous education into the psyche and concerns of both buyers and sellers. During this period I further educated myself by sitting for the Brokers exam and am currently a holder in good standing of a Real Estate Brokers License.

Recently I joined Prudential California Realty, a Berkshire Hathaway Affiliate as an Associate Broker, to incorporate my commercial expertise and experience into Residential Real Estate. I have since, successfully completed my Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification, awarded by National Association of Realtors as well as being granted a Short Sales Specialist designation by Prudential California Realty.
