I have always enjoyed photography, but mainly as a tool for capturing and saving my memories, rather than being purely creative.

In 2011 I had the opportunity to enrol on a Foundation Degree in Photography at the college where I work and now my attitude has completely changed. I really enjoy using my camera and software to create images that I enjoy looking at. Most of my work has been dictated by the Degree course, but as my skills and understanding of photography increase I find myself being more adventurous and wanting to make images for myself.
