After a publishing hiatus of three years (Jan 2021), but still taking photographs, it is time to start sharing again on a regular basis, with the aim of one image per week, based on a selected monthly theme, published Saturday evening UK time. The aim is to be highly selective and to only upload what I consider to be my chosen best images for that theme.

The past couple of years have still being out primarily in woodland, around the Peak District, but I have also been exploring wildlife photography and therefore some "birds of Britain" will no doubt be a selected theme. The wildlife images aim to portray birdlife or animals in their broader environment, rather than being of the portrait genre.
