My name is Kelly, I'm in my early 30's and I'm studying Certificate IV Photo Imaging. I live in Adelaide, SA, Australia.

Licensing Structure:

 

My decision on licensing is pretty straightforward and hopefully understandable to everyone. Other than in cases of binding legal contracts, any images I post here that do NOT feature:

 

- Real People and/or;

- Unrealism via editing as Digital Art

 

Shall be approved for 3rd party use under the following creative commons license.

 

 

HOWEVER - Images that are exempt above.

 

My photographs featuring human models or those are closer to digital art projects than photographs, shall default to copyright level 'all rights reserved'. The long-term status of images featuring models will depend on a case by case basis dependent on the contract between the model and me.
