I've never been the most active Flickr person, I'm never bothered to join loads of groups and only recently have I gone about 'tagging' my images. As a result I don’t spend loads of time looking at the work of several different people from several different groups. I instead go through all the work of one person at a time. Waltergr is one of those people. Some wonderfully candid portraits are interspersed between some of the best still-lives on flickr, many of which appeal to me not only as a photographer, but also as a Londoner, a city whose atmosphere is conveyed so well in several of waltergr's photos. What I'm trying to say, in a round-a-bout, arty farty, pretentious kinda way, is that I love Waltergr's work. And you should love it too.
