Although I had taken pictures for years, I didn't really get serious about photography until my son was born. I upgraded from a Nikon Coolpix 995 to a Canon EOS 20D a couple of months before his birth.

Later I added a 100-400mm telephoto lens, replaced my kit lens with a 17-55/f2.8, and bought an external flash. I'm not done buying stuff, but I am out of money, so I'll have to be satisfied with what I have. For the moment.
