I started to work as a freelancer for a newspaper in Bonn, Germany in 1991 and went later to study photography in Antwerp, Belgium.

Since 2009, I live in Finland and work mainly for ddp-images as a freelance photographer and some other international agencies. In that time I was the photographer of Åbo Underrättelser, the Swedish newspaper of Turku as well.

There are also collections with pressphotos that I have taken and some commissioned work for artists groups that I am involved with.
