I've loved photography and the capturing of images since I was a kid...but never really pursued it until the past year. Part of the reason I dove in these past 12 months is because of what I found here in flickr - people from all walks of life, each with a unique vision and contribution to make.

So, whether you're aware of it or not, each of you in my contacts list has encouraged me in some way or another to set about translating what I see through the lens. The best I can hope for is be the kind of encouragement to others that you have been to me.

I still have yet to define a particular "niche"...I just love capturing all sorts of images. So bear with me. I'm liable to be all over the place for a while yet.
