Shooting since 2007.

Generally I prefer to look for an unusual image, rather than a pretty one. Regardless, I always hope to produce something with some aesthetic merit. I'm currently trying to simplify my images by distilling my compositions down to the bare essentials.

From time to time, I reassess the images in my photostream and delete those which I no longer like. I seem to hover around the 100 images mark. I want to be more critical of those I upload; quality not quantity.

As of early 2010, I now have two Mamiya film cameras. A ZE SLR with 50mm lens which I thought might be nice for dabbling in some street shots, not used it much yet. And a C330s medium format TLR and 80mm lens which a small person bought for me. I'm looking forward to posting shots from both on Flickr.
