Hi. I'm a freelance writer/producer/vo for commercials. In between all the excitement of wrangling stray cats, editing copy and gardening, I've now gotten back into photography after a few years hiatus. I started with a Minolta XG1 years ago and have now switched to the joys of digital photography with a Canon SXi. I know I've got a lot to learn on the technical side, but half the fun is learning. Trying to find views that not everyone else sees and patterns that don't look like wallpaper is what I like to do. Of course I would love to have a nice family portrait of all my cats but they won't sit still. Go figure. Anyway, I'm glad to be a part of the flickr community. Hopefully I'll post pictures that other people will enjoy.
