Having learned to use manual cameras sans light meter as a kid they still are the most natural equipment for me, which is why a lot of my photos are taken with old rangefinder cameras on B&W film. I find this also adds a strong humanistic slant to my photographs, since I'm usually restricted to available light and fix prime lenses.

Photography is an extension of my memory, allowing me to freeze and study images that have already gone by my brain. As such I have little interest in telephoto or macro shots since I can't usually see these things anyway.
