The Chocó Community Tourism Alliance promotes sustainable, community-based tourism in the Colombian Department of Chocó.

The Chocó Community Tourism Alliance is an association of community-based tourism enterprises on Colombia’s Pacific coast. For us, community-based tourism is a way to share what makes Chocó special with travelers from all over the world, while creating a sustainable, eco-friendly livelihood for people in our communities.

The Chocó Community Tourism Alliance (Alianza de Turismo Comunitario del Chocó) was formed by and for the benefit of four community tourism enterprises in the area around Nuquí, Colombia. The Alliance includes the following community tourism enterprises: the Community Corporation Los Termales, the Association of Guías Pichindé, the Group of Young Ecoguias of Coqui, and the Association Playa Blanca.
