Past

Life began in Chicago, Illinois. born as a Pearl Harbor baby. (For those of you who know... you know.)

Childhood, the early years of school and through adolescence was Chicago.

After graduating high school I entered military service. Before long, I was off to Vietnam to participate in the very unpopular southeast asian war at the time.

Upon discharge from military duty, I returned to the Chicago to attend junior college, graduating with an A.S. degree in civil engineering. At the time I also became part-time employed in the airline industry which eventually became full time career employment. After working at Chicago’s international airport for about a year, I did a station transfer to Honolulu, Hawaii. There, I continued my airline career, working in reservation sales promoting travel for the Hawaiian Islands and other Pacific area destinations. Deregulation of the airline industry set in and employment in the airline industry took went for a downturn losing our jobs as a result. Having studied Japanese at the University of Hawaii, and becoming jobless, I decided to move to Japan to live and work.

Fast-Forward

Motto: Take Life One Day At A Time.

I try to cherish each day of existence and derive the most out of it. We were all born into this world out of love. We brought nothing into the world. We became one more liability. The world owes us nothing. We need to make a contribution to the world. I strive to make a better existence for myself through self-development... study, skill development, knowledge acquisition, encounters, and experiences. I hope my personal assets become a contribution to improving the quality of life... something someone, somewhere, sometime. It is my life... my legacy.
