I am a painter and illustrator before a photographer. I view photography more as an emotional and physical history, but do enjoy the immediate narrative elements of a photo.

I used to use Flickr mainly to have a place where friends could see and obtain photos that i had taken while out socially. Now I am focusing more what I want out of a photo as opposed to just capturing candid moments. I will never stop taking candids though, there is no other way to truly keep a completely spontaneous point in time.
