Close Growing up in New Jersey (area code 201, hence the name, Vintage 201 ), just outside New York City, I would go with my sister and friends to vintage clothing shops, The Salvation Army and Thrift stores locally and in the East Village, NYC. I loved finding Sparkly, Sleek or Silly and odd things.

We would pick up items and thought we were glamorous wearing these gorgeous things. We would mixed them with our clothing and accessories of the time, the 1980s.

My profile picture is me at 20 years old in the late 80's wearing 60's.

I have spent the past 23 years in the Tour, Travel and Hospitality Industries, mostly as a Director of Sales. IN 2010, I completed a certificate program in Appraisal Studies of Fine and Decorative Arts at NYU.
