Hi! :)

Thank you for dropping in. Hmm… now where do I start? :)

I've always lived a rather unconventional lifestyle, one that emerges from my deepest desire to live fully and to make productive use of my time on this planet. Following my heart has therefore been a regular practice. It has led me from composing music professionally for television/ film/ radio to working in an NGO. I have also run a social enterprise along with two friends, a venture dedicated to exploring sustainable alternatives, through which we sought to influence positive change, in the attitudes and practices prevalent in young people and generally in society today.

Through my initiative Signposts, I now work on two key areas:

One - our inner world of self awareness, our beliefs about ourselves/ other people/ the world and how these impact our lives, and

Two - our outer world where our choices about how we live impacts earth and its life forms in significant ways and therefore need to be aligned with sustainable ways of thinking and being.

My interests are many... photography, design, music [rather predictable for a musician], eclectic reading, travel, writing, mysticism... and I indulge in each and every one of these consistently... one of the advantages of running my own initiative! :)
