Thank you for stopping by. I hope you have enjoyed my work. I started off with traditional photography but nowadays I prefer to call myself a digital mixed-media artist. This is because a lot of my recent work – especially for the Surreal Project are photo-manipulations with bits of digital painting thrown in.

 

I do shoot fashion and portraiture (mostly in Paris) using conventional techniques but again I prefer to and enjoy processing my images and rarely post any straight from camera work. The camera has become an enabler. Sometimes it captures what I see in my mind. Many times it does not or it cannot. I’d rather not get caught up in debates about what “true” photography is or is not and rather concentrate on producing a final image that speaks to me and hopefully to others as well.
