Vincere Noel is a (primarily) New England photographer who occasionally travels along the eastern coast in search of new photographic opportunities. He is currently outside taking photos, which is why this biography is being written in the third person. When he finally finishes and returns home, Noel will spend hours at his computer, tweaking each image until it matches the ethereal scene he imagines it as.
