I'm a dutch naturalist and birder from origin and (amature) photographer who likes to travel to all the beautiful places cross the world. I've travelled to several countries like Morocco, Ethiopia, The Gambia and Uganda but also to Ecuador, Suriname and Costa Rica (twice). I've been in the Middle East and almost all European countries. From a birdwatcher I evolved to an amature photographer and sometimes I wonder what I like most. I think it depends on the place, the opportunities and the quality of birds and other wildlife and photography possibilities. Watching birds has being replaced more and more in watching butterflies, insects and herpalife like lizards and snakes.
I've made over 100.000's of photos and I think it will go on as long as I live.
I now use a Sony A7M4 and a A7RM3. Before that I was the proud owner of a Canon 5D Mark III and a Canon 5D Mark IV in combination with a variaty of different Canon lenses but of the photos shown here some are even made with my mobile (Samsung) phone. I'd like to improve on my photography skills so do you have a comment or a tip for me, please don't hesitate. I hope you like some of my pictures and I hope you'll be having fun seeing them.
