After getting a Master’s in Music from Berklee College of Music where she was given a Full Scholarship she was invited to become a professor of Jazz Vocal Performance at USFQ College of Music in Ecuador, that is a part of Berklee College of Music International Network.

 

Viktorija Pilatovic has opened shows for Chris Dave and Drumheadz at Vilnius Mama Jazz Festival 2012 with artists such as Wallace Roney and Ravi Coltrane and has performed with internationally renowned bassist Victor Wooten.

 

Viktorija has been involved in projects with Abraham Laboriel, Perico Sambeat , Victor Mendoza, John Clayton. J.D. Walter, Ralph Peterson, Alex Sipiagin, David Berkman, Don Braden, Jeff Cascaro, Joris Teepe, Freddie Bryant, Gene Jackson, Robin Eubanks and she also took part in Montreux Jazz Festival Shure Vocalist Competition.

 

Born in Klaipeda, Lithuania in 1989, Viktorija was a classical piano player before she has discovered Jazz. That led her to the Lihtuanian Academy of Music and Theater and later to Prins Claus Conservatorium in The Netherlands where she got a double Bachelor’s degree in Jazz Performance and arranging.
