I was born in Mogilev, Belarus . I have been interested in photography since my childhood. Both my grandfather and father were amateur photographers. For me, a small boy, there was nothing more captivating and mysterious than to watch an image appear on a sheet of paper.

When I took up photography seriously I understood one thing: all digital cameras have the advantage of speed but they deprive the process of photography of its soul. In my work I combine the use of modern digital technologies and a film.

I am interested in art photo, concept photography, pinhole and manual print.
