Drag to set position!
I remember 30 years ago sitting in a cafe near Market Street in San Francisco with a photography book and a 20-year old Fujica camera wondering how I could make my living as a photojournalist. I'd just graduated college with a degree in International Studies and was thinking ... why not just go down to Central America where the action is, take pictures, write stories, capture the drama.
Well, I never got there, and instead immersed myself in the corporate world. Now with just a few years left to retirement, I've taken up photography again, and have become completely obsessed with life, the world and how I can capture it all in my camera (and by definition, my heart).
Thanks to all of you, whose amazing photos and kind words have made a difference in my life.
Best,
Vicki
