My screen name means "waving/flying the little flag", which is also my nick as known by most of my friends.

I take photos solely for capturing the good, laughable and fun times with my family and friends. Flickr is a platform that I use primarily to share photos with them. Through these photos, they know how are things going on with me in the Bay Area. :-)

Although I'm not necessarily a wine enthusiast, I love going to the Wine Country (Napa Valley, Sonoma, Alexander Valley, etc...) for wine tasting and enjoy the beautiful scenery and sunny weather. I've created three special collections from the thousands of pictures I have on Flickr: Wine Tasting, Lake Tahoe, and Vickkay's Birthdays. My ex's hometown is in Lake Tahoe and that's why you see many pics taken there. Well, afterall, Lake Tahoe is definitely one of the most beautiful places (at least in the U.S.), what can I say!? :P

I also have pictures taken from my previous Birthdays from 2001 through 2008 as I was lucky enough to have the many opportunities to celebrate with friends and family on my "BIG DAY" year after year. :D Oh boy, am I getting old or what!?
