I almost met Modest and Jill once. We sat one seat apart at the cinema. If I had decided to risk looking a little crazy I might have introduced myself, but I wasn't sure if it was them. Then the movie started. I never got my chance to ask for the secrets behind all these great images. Modest and Jill have helped me look at Edmonton in a different way. In the midst of a dreary winter I was reminded that somewhere, beneath all the snow, a little bit of summer still existed.
