All original photographs are presented for web browser viewing only. Violation of copyright will be actively prosecuted. For you thieves on Tumblr etc., note that the DMCA takedown procedure that Tumblr prefers to use does not protect you from liability. It's still infringement on your part, and personal punitive legal remedies beyond a takedown notice to your host provider are likely.

I also recently learned that a pay site had bought some of my Flickr images from a third party who stole them, then sold them.

Beware: I intend to defend my copyright wherever and whenever violated, pursuing appropriate penalties, up to and including a class-action suit where possible.

Claiming no knowledge of the original source of a photo is not a defense: if you don't affirmatively know you have permission to use an image, you cannot assume you do. It's unlawful infringement, whether a DMCA takedown notice has been issued yet or not.

I have my full-size originals with EXIF data of all shots posted. EXIF data is not included here, as that makes it easier for a thief to pass it off as their own.

I've been a little too busy to keep up with Flickr lately much beyond replying to flickrmail and maintaining my groups, but I'm slowly whittling away at the list of contacts that need reciprocating (I like to check out photostreams/profiles first, which can take some time). Thanks!

Me

Discreet professional, Seattle area, into hiking, camping (tent), skinnydipping, being nude out in nature. We did the part-time nudist thing on vacations when I was kid, and I always loved running through the woods and streams naked, I think that thrill will always be with me, just have fewer opportunities these days, seems like. And I of course have mainstream interests too, these are just a few that pertain to this Flickr incarnation! This is an outlet, for fun and exploration, and photos or group memberships at any given time mean little in the grand scheme of things. I'm only an amateur photographer, but I usually try to put some effort into making a shot aesthetically pleasing.

Straight, with a slight exhibitionistic streak, love being nude where possible and sharing that with like-minded women; but openminded enough that I can appreciate the male form in the sense of self-identifying with other guys who feel the same, and the vicarious thrill that goes along with that. And assorted other fun & harmless mischief.

My 'contact' policies

Friends see my public shots plus several more, and same with Family, just different shots... Friends/Family combined sees all (400 or so shots currently - goes up or down depending on if I'm shooting more than culling, but increasing slowly overall). I'm fairly easy about granting F/F to those who also share their own photos (i.e., photos you took yourself), but there are some exceptions; if you tend to have shots that I have zero interest in (extreme body mods, self-abuse, violence, etc.), I'll ignore the request. Likewise, if you do want Family in addition to just Friend, but it appears from your profile that your interests probably differ from my Family shots (i.e. self-shots), please contact me or else I'll likely not reciprocate so as not to offend. Also, please have your age stated in your profile.

If you mark me as a contact only, I'm often OK with granting Friend/Family in return (with the noted exceptions), but you have to ask, since I don't want to assume and offend.

Likewise, if I'm the first one to initiate contact, and I add you as only a basic contact or Friend, it's most likely because I'm interested in the shots I see, but sense you may not be interested in seeing all of mine. If I'm wrong, just let me know, or add me as Friend or Family and I'll adjust likewise. It could also be that you seem to be mainly a pic harvester/collector, and/or there was only one or two things that caught my eye anyway. Or, maybe I just noticed that one of my groups would be so 'you', and need you to reciprocate so I can invite you.

In any case, if you feel offended, unreciprocated, ignored, or anything similar, please just shoot me a flickrmail explaining what's up. I do check my mail regularly, and I respond more promptly to that than to the endless stream of contact notifications. There's just no point to blocking, etc. ... whatever it is can be worked out.
