Hi,

It 's my first time here, just starting out... so have a little patience with me, please, it 's not all that evident to get going with computers and stuff. As for my pictures I am an absolute beginner as well, I only started taking them last year (august 2013) Had some lucky shots so far, if I may say so myself, out of a pile of junk always, 'cause I do not know the first thing about photography. I am using a very simple camera that was on sale, just for trying it out and it brings me a lot of joy. I am much restricted for going places by a heriditary disease (EDS) causing me to be in constant pain at practically all my joints for about 10 years now . It 's much more bearable by now 'cause the brain adapts gradually, injuries had better chance to heal, allthough very slow they do typically for this disease, be it with even more delicate imperfect scartissue, because over the years also I learned better what to avoid, like repetitive movements for instance I should. So often standing still during my little walks for taking a picture, also for letting the dog sniff, is just perfect for me. With a bit of luck here or there the picture is not moved ( too much)... not very steady I am and for the rest I go just on intuition and good luck. It 's always a big surprise to me when I see the results later on my laptop... I enjoy the few good ones only all the more of course. Please feel welcome to enjoy them with me and to comment or advise too! I 'ld appreciate very much. Even the manual of my camera is mostly like chinese to me...

About the name of the page:

I already loved being in nature much, but since I am taking pictures I am truly amazed, I never knew it was thàt beautiful! You take a closer look at what catches your eye and then it gets enlarged again on screen... more than triple the joy you get out of it this way. That 's why I chose this name for my page. It 's Italian for:' real beautiful little clear glory', 'cause in a picture we see only a small part of it, but it 's glory becomes real clear.
