Well, you can call me Venki !

I was born and brought up in Chennai, India and currently living in Sydney, Australia. During my school days, I was an artist (pencil drawing and painting) inspired by my art teacher Mr. Anselm Roger who helped me study the nature and people with special interest. Time passed and I started carrying camera instead of painting brush.

I have been photographing since 2004 and to me photography is all about observing and looking at things frame by frame rather than "just" seeing them. While photography itself is a continuous learning process, we discover a lot about what we shoot as well – places, wildlife, nature, people, etc.,. Sometime it requires going out of the comfort zone and clicking beautiful shots. At times it hurts; trust me, its worth it. Also, photography is not only about capturing the beautiful, but also adding our creativity on it to make more beautiful.
