The comics you see on this flickr page are the final products of 13 weeks of hard work in an apprenticeship called Comics! held during the spring 2013 semester at Van Buren Middle School.

Fourteen students from 6th, 7th, and 8th grade met once a week every Tuesday to learn about comic art, to share their comics with each other, and to create more comics.

We created pen and ink comics, collage comics, and computer comics. Please enjoy our work!
