I specialize in custom wedding design and titanium and niobium earrings for people with metal allergies and extra sensitive ears (of which I am one). I started making jewelry for myself when I developed a metal allergy and couldn't find cool stuff that I could wear. Then I began creating jewelry as gifts for family and friends. My sister-in-law insisted for a couple years that I try to sell my designs, which I was a little apprehensive about because I didn't know where to begin, but i finally took the plunge online. I decided that I wanted to create in a style that was hip, edgy and unique, and I used my middle name, Variya, because I thought it really embodied that - my Dad created that for me. The majority of my work is one of a kind, because I love to create new designs. I describe my style as vintage-mod. My motto is "just because you can, doesn't mean you should" and I think that keeps a continuity to my designs.
