Alright, so here's the deal... I created a Flikr account earlier this summer. Everything went great. I shared photos, I saved favorites, and pretty much enjoyed the Flikr experience. Then, I cleared my browser history, and lost all my login info.

So, I've created a new account, am reuploading my other stuff, and starting to add more photos of new projects. Thus, there's another Virginia's Virtues on Flikr, and that's why my stuff looks like her stuff: we're the same person. :)

Anyway, I'm a wife, a teacher, a scifi/gamer nerd, and a cat lover. I'm re-learning lost hobbies as well as learning new ones.

As a child, I made all sorts of crafty things for 4-H county fairs. After getting through college and grad school... after starting my first "real" job... after moving and getting married.... I decided I wanted to create things again - rather than merely consume.

My first love will always be cross-stitch, but I'm starting to learn some other embroidery techniques. Lately, I've been enamored of quilting. Knitting and crochet, I fear, will always remain a mystery to me!
