When I saw the wonderful 21322 Pirates of Barracuda Bay I knew right away it would be a first day buy for me. I hadn't bought lego for myself in years, but the nostalgia that I felt when I looked at the pictures and the beauty of the design, as well as the fact you could easily assemble a beautifully apdated Red Sea Barracuda meant I couldn't resist. A few weeks later I had picked up the Lego from my childhood out of my parent's basement and was back into building.

The set inspired me to ressurect a second hobby from my teenage years: Lego stop-motion animation. So I've started a series called Being Pirates which features the Barracuda Bay as well as plenty of MOCs I built myself. Expect mainly content from this project.
