I am happily married with three children, two boys and a girl. Only recently started taking an interest in taking pictures- after tagging along behind hubbie on numerous photography walks.

Her florals are so beautiful and unique that even though she takes hundreds of them and many of the "same type of flower", they always appear to be new and different as she varies her angle or perspective. Her lighting is extaordinary, and her eye for composition is unsurpassed. She really loves flowers, and it shows.I would have to say that Vanda is my "mentor", and is truly the best on Flickr.

Vanda is an excellent friend and photographer on Flickr, and also an excellent part of the administration of the groups she has admin or moderator duties in. She has lots of photos of flowers, which happen to be my absolute favourite of all photography subjects, with roses being my absolute favourites of all flowers. In addition to posting some of my photos to her Favorites, I also enjoy it when she or another admin of the Flower Factory (my absolute favourite flower group I am only a member of with the five photos a day limit) selects any of my photos as weekly Admin Faves. Vanda gets the same recognition when she or another admin of Fantastic Flowers selects any of my photos as monthly Admin Faves. I return the favour by commenting, adding photos to my Favorites, and posting photos of hers as Admin Faves in Flower Close-Ups. :-)
Read lessI'm not very fond of flowers, really.. Not my favourite subject. But here, in Vanda's flickr, I find each flower to be a "precious" beauty, with their unique mistery and coloring. She has a feeling of sweetness in each of her shots, softens the heart and cheers up a soul. Wonderful sweet work. ***
