I'm a writer and my first book 'A Nation of Expendables' is being published in 2008 by Lachesis Publishing.

The book's fiction and gives a bone chilling perspective of the nation's health care crisis. The book's primarily about the Medicare Prescription Drug program, those struggling with health care cost and those despising anyone ill or old. It looks at the emotional toll and types of sacrifices the average family makes when faced with the incredible costs of even the most basic of services.

Among other things, this story presents the questions: How much profit is enough and who decides when a person's outlived their usefulness, God or man?
