Valeriya Kokushkina -

East-Coast Photographer (Digital & Film) / Creative Writer

Ever since I was a child I saw that everything could be solved with creativity, I self-taught myself everything I know until I was able to take proper training in my craft. I have no regrets in my life and use all my time to continue learning all there is to know and growing as an active art-maker and writer, using every newly acquired skill to further enhance my burgeoning work.

I’m onto something ….

Though skill can be taught - vision can't. I learn by looking back at mistakes and improving what I missed before. You can't become outstanding at something overnight. Crafts such as this take time, tears, pain and work. Kudos to those that find all this easy, I sure as hell don't. Yet I love what I do and I wouldn't trade in my undereye bags for the world.
