The 151st Air Refueling Wing is the single largest component of the Utah Air National Guard and provides personnel to fly, maintain, and support a KC-135R aerial refueling unit. The unit flies training missions in the western United States and frequently deploys to worldwide locations in support of on-going combat operations.
